Is there a minimum contract?
No. Use it as long as it works for you. Cancel without complications.
Can I pause the service during off-season?
Yes, pausing is possible by arrangement. We understand seasonality in hospitality and adapt to how venues actually operate.
Do you offer custom channels?
Yes, custom channels are available for certain types of venues. Curation is based on the space's purpose, not personal taste.
What's the difference between MC Solo and MC Multi?
MC Solo is designed for a single space or zone. MC Multi supports multiple zones with different music schedules within the same venue.

How does the device connect?
The device connects via internet and outputs to your existing audio system. Installation is simple and requires no IT expertise.
What happens if the internet goes down?

Yes, it works with most professional and commercial sound systems. No equipment replacement is required.
Can staff change the music?
