Do you offer custom channels?
Yes, custom channels are available for certain types of venues. Curation is based on the space's purpose, not personal taste.
What's the difference between MC Solo and MC Multi?
MC Solo is designed for a single space or zone. MC Multi supports multiple zones with different music schedules within the same venue.

How does the device connect?
The device connects via internet and outputs to your existing audio system. Installation is simple and requires no IT expertise.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Music continues. The device has backup that ensures continuity. Your guests never hear silence.
Is it compatible with my existing sound system?
Yes, it works with most professional and commercial sound systems. No equipment replacement is required.
Can staff change the music?
No. That's the whole point. Consistent atmosphere, no staff improvisation.
How are updates handled?
Updates are handled automatically and require no action from the client.
